The staff was helpful. They were friendly. The room was spacious. It was nice and neat (exactly what I needed after a long day). The city view was great.
I stayed for three nights. I encountered a water outage at midnight. I called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered (I was quite surprised). The water supply was not restored until after 5 AM. Hot water took even longer to be available.

The room was spacious. The bathroom included two separate sinks. The hotel cleaned the room daily. I found that very helpful. There were many dining options at the resort.

i appreciated the variety of restaurants available. the food quality met my expectations in each restaurant i visited. the pool area provided ample seating and convenient access to food and drinks. i also found the hotel to be very clean and lively.
i observed some areas in need of better maintenance. i noticed some areas required scrubbing and power washing. i disliked the extra charges for parking. there were no complimentary drinks available in my room.

dining options induction chargers south tower pool shade
I was impressed by the many dining options available. The variety was awesome. our room was gorgeous and spacious, i loved it. i enjoyed having induction chargers on the bedside tables.
The south tower was a bit far. It needed two elevators to reach our room. this was a little inconvenient, not gonna lie! the pool was overcrowded! and there wasn't enough shade. we just looked around and went to the bar instead

nice stay
vip package spacious suite linked reservations
i bought a vibee vip package for a show and stayed two nights. i booked two additional nights separately. the staff linked my reservations and i stayed in the same room for four nights. my room was on the 28th floor and very spacious.
the resort is huge and it took a few days to explore it completely.

the staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the resort. immediate assistance was given through the resort's help center via text. the text feature was efficient and quick.

i found a nice breakfast at spritz by the pool area. i had pleasant meals at the yardbird and lux restaurants. the food options are abundant and diverse with high quality meals.

Everything I needed was within the hotel. I found I didn't really need to venture out onto the main strip. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was large and provided ample space to relax and unwind after a long day.
I requested a non-smoking room but was later charged an additional fee for smoking. I discovered tobacco on the desk from a cigarette that had torn. I wasn't given the chance to take a picture of the supposed proof. I found this treatment quite poor and disappointing.

sphere access dining options bathroom layout
the location provided convenient access to the sphere and offered very nice views i have stayed here before the location is great for getting to other casinos and numerous dining and show options the bathroom layout suited multiple people getting ready in the morning
parking is an added cost now
