The staff was helpful. They were friendly. The room was spacious. It was super clean and cozy (exactly what I needed after a long day). The city view was great.
I stayed for three nights. I encountered a water outage at midnight. I called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered (I was quite surprised). The water supply was not restored until after 5 AM. Hot water took even longer to be available.

i appreciated the variety of restaurants available. the food quality met my expectations in each restaurant i visited. the pool area provided ample seating and convenient access to food and drinks. i also found the hotel to be very clean and lively.
i observed some areas in need of better maintenance. i noticed some areas required scrubbing and power washing. i disliked the extra charges for parking. there were no complimentary drinks available in my room.

I was impressed by the many dining options available. The variety was awesome. our room was gorgeous and spacious, i loved it. i enjoyed having induction chargers on the bedside tables.
The south tower was a bit far. this was a little inconvenient, not gonna lie! the pool was overcrowded! and there wasn't enough shade. we just looked around and went to the bar instead

i bought a vibee vip package for a show and stayed two nights. i booked two additional nights separately. the staff linked my reservations and i stayed in the same room for four nights. my room was on the 28th floor and very spacious.
the resort is huge and it took a few days to explore it completely.

Everything I needed was within the hotel. I found I didn't really need to venture out onto the main strip. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was large and provided ample space to relax and unwind after a long day.
I requested a non-smoking room but was later charged an additional fee for smoking. I discovered tobacco on the desk from a cigarette that had torn. I wasn't given the chance to take a picture of the supposed proof. I found this treatment quite poor and disappointing.
